If you registered for a SkyGrid Flight Control account and did not receive a registration email, there are a few things you can check.
Common Issues
- The email is in your spam folder. Check your spam folder to see if the registration email was sent there.
- There was a typo in the email address provided. Confirm that you used the right address to register. You can try to repeat your account setup to check if our system has already received your request.
- The email is still in transit. Email delivery times can vary for several reasons, and sometimes it can take some time for emails to arrive. Please wait a few hours and check again.
- The email was blocked by a corporate firewall. Sometimes corporate email servers have firewalls set up that block certain emails. Check with your server administrator to see if @skygrid.com email addresses are being blocked.
